  1. I believe one mental aspect of training is having the confidence to actually complete the task at hand. As a coach you have to be confident in your abilities, but you also have to instill confidence in your athletes.

  2. I think this blog will be interesting to read because I am very interested in training and sports. This also relates to children because many students grow up around school and extra curricular activities outside of school, such as sports.
